Club Old Bar - Tourist, Conference & Wedding Accommodation

SHAC has a long history of delivering well thought out, innovative and cost-effective designs for expansions and improvements for Club Old Bar in Manning Valley, NSW that has helped them win “NSW Club of the Year” several times. 

For this project, Club Old Bar & Club West wished to capitalise on development opportunities on vacant land adjoining their club to build accommodation aimed at the tourist, conference and wedding markets, with a direct link to the Club. SHAC provided an initial Feasibility Study covering four identified potentially developable sites, and able to show the potential to successfully and profitably utilise all four blocks of land. Subsequently, SHAC was engaged to progress a 2 storey motel design in various bedroom configuration, including 2 family / inter connecting rooms; 2 accessible rooms, along with Office and Reception areas, storage facilities, guest laundry and an outdoor landscaped area. SHAC delivered a design for 26 comfortable, well appointed rooms and associated facilities maximising views, light and location.
