LAHC Kempsey

The development offers a mix of two types of apartment sizes with studio boarding rooms and 1 bed apartments. This is in response to a need for short term accommodation in the area. The development incorporates dual key arrangements to provide flexibility for residents, along with accessible unit options, and reflects the need to have capacity for a variety of accommodation for people in need. 

Formerly the site of the Kempsey Ambulance Station, the corner location is an isolated spot, and creates the transition between the busy traffic and commercial buildings. The bulk and scale of the development are a considered response to the existing buildings in the area.
