Raymond Terrace Works Depot

SHAC was engaged to assist Port Stephens Council to determine the performance requirements of Raymond Terrace Works Depot and to then integrate those requirements into the design of a refurbished and expanded Works Depot with improved functionality, efficiency and access. To date SHAC has provided Concept, Design, Documentation and Construction Phase support, and the project was completed in late 2023. SHAC has also been Head Design Consultant, engaging and managing the consultant team for Port Stephens Council.

Council’s initial brief for the project exceeded the capacity of the site and project budget. SHAC was able to identify these issues early in the project and worked with council to identify design efficiencies and cost savings.
