RMS Office Fitout - Central Coast

SHAC collaborated closely with Transport for NSW and the RMS to test their preliminary “Activity Based Working” office fitout strategy for their RMS Central Coast Office renewal. 

To make this project work effectively, SHAC workshopped their design in close consultation with the client and stakeholders to develop an activity-based work environment incorporating numerous bookable (hoteling) spaces, collaboration hubs, touch down work-points and technical locker spaces. The resulting 770m² fitout exceeded target efficiencies with 10.8m² per work point. 

The natural furnishings, wood patterned flooring and neutral tones merge the interior with spectacular views to create a clean and calm work space with clear wayfinding that emphasises efficiency and promotes continual informal collaboration.
