Wallarah Peninsula Housing Gap Analysis
The analysis enabled SHAC to make recommendations for ensuring appropriate diversity and suitability of housing stock for the project.
SHAC coordinated the Wallarah Peninsula Housing Project Gap Analysis Report, collating and collaborating with architects, planners, builders, landscapers involved in the project to deliver a gap analysis of existing and proposed housing at Wallarah Estate on the shore of Lake Macquarie, NSW for Stockland Corporation.
The Gap Analysis for the Stages 1-7 Subdivision to inform the Project Team on which lots proposed designs could be accommodated within the first seven stages of the subdivision, and on the size, affordability, diversity and suitability or proposed designs within the context and sensitive environmental conditions.
SHAC further analysed and made recommendations for ensuring appropriate diversity and suitability of housing stock for the project, taking into account the existing local housing market and residential developments delivered or proposed by the private sector in the region.
